Ross Walpole is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead for GTM - EMEA at Sprinklr since November 2019, Ross has led talent acquisition efforts across sales, presales, customer success, and business value groups while receiving recognition for substantial contributions to the sales organization. Prior to Sprinklr, roles included Talent Acquisition Lead at Adthena and Babylon Health, along with various leadership positions via Talentful at companies such as Klarna, Gelato, and Elliptic. Ross's career trajectory also includes significant experience in consulting and recruitment, notably with ThinkersConnect and Salt, and a foundational role as Managing Consultant at Pluris.
