Janet Hsu, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Sprinklr since July 2024. Previously, Janet held the position of Senior Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Proofpoint, Inc. from August 2013 to November 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing share-based compensation, external reporting, and managing mergers and acquisitions. Janet's earlier roles include Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting at Accretive Solutions, and Director positions at both Horn Murdock Cole and Centerpoint Technologies. Janet's extensive experience encompasses technical accounting, SEC reporting, and ERP project management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business and Accounting from Santa Clara University and a BA in Business from Tunghai University.
