Victoria Brown has over 10 years of work experience in the clinical operations and research field. Victoria is currently working as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at SpringWorks Therapeutics since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Clinical Trial Manager at the same company from January 2021 to December 2022, and Clinical Trial Manager from April 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining SpringWorks Therapeutics, Victoria worked at Innocrin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they served as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager from March 2018 to March 2019, and as a Clinical Trial Manager from May 2017 to March 2018.

Earlier in their career, Victoria held roles at Heat Biologics as a Clinical Project Manager from April 2016 to April 2017, and as a Clinical Research Associate from August 2014 to April 2016.

Their career started at PRA Health Sciences, where they worked as an In-House Clinical Research Associate from November 2011 to July 2014. Victoria also briefly worked as a Research Support Coordinator at PRA Health Sciences from September 2011 to October 2011.

Victoria Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Elon University from 2007 to 2011. Victoria later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business from 2016 to 2019.
