Issbah K. currently serves as Associate Director of Strategic Operations at SpringWorks Therapeutics, a role that follows progressive advancement within the company since February 2021. Previously, Issbah held the position of Implementation Project Manager at Signant Health, specializing in connecting patients and researchers. Earlier experiences include an internship in Mergers & Acquisition/Investment Banking at Focus Investment Banking and a Supply Chain and Operations Excellence internship at AstraZeneca. Issbah also worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and contributed as a volunteer for the American Heart Association's "Go Red Women" movement. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
