Graceann Pisano has extensive work experience in the legal field. Graceann is currently the Director, Corporate Counsel at SpringWorks Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company specializing in rare diseases and cancer. Prior to this, they worked at CooperSurgical as a Corporate Counsel, where they provided legal advisory services and coordinated all legal activities for a global women's healthcare company. Graceann also served as the Assistant General Counsel at HomeServe USA and as Divisional Counsel, overseeing the US Legal and Compliance function. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Diageo, managing their global trademark portfolio, and at Wiggin & Dana and Cummings & Lockwood, specializing in intellectual property law.
