Kristen joined Springwell in 2015 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Kristen is responsible for most of Springwell’s more than 20 programs and services. She oversees and directs the efforts to attain staffing excellence, deliver quality services, and uphold the highest program standards for the thousands of people who turn to Springwell for help every year. She has a Master’s of Science in justice studies from Suffolk University.
