Nirmal Singh Bisht is currently serving as an Associate Regional Manager at Springwel Mattresses Pvt. Ltd. since August 2022, focusing on developing the institutional business across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. Prior to this role, Nirmal was a Business Development Manager at Springfit Mattresses & Sleep Systems from April 2019 to August 2022, overseeing institutional sales for hotel mattresses in Gujarat and select cities in Rajasthan. Nirmal began the career as a Sales Officer, responsible for expanding market presence in Gujarat's institutional sales sector. In June 2018, Nirmal completed an internship at Paytm Mall, working within the O2O model. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Applications from GLS Institute of Computer Technology (2014-2017) and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Shri Jairambhai Patel Institute of Business Management & Computer Applications (2017-2019).
