Anna Shults has a diverse work experience. Anna is currently a co-founder and CMO at ioni.ai, a position they have held since January 2023. Previously, they co-founded and served as a partner and CMO at Springs, a company that specializes in UI/UX designs and web/mobile solutions. Anna also has experience as a founder at Wowtrip.com.ua and as a co-founder at moddo.com.ua. Earlier in their career, they worked as a freelancer in various editorial roles and as an internet marketologist at the "Mafia" restaurant network. Anna also worked as an online marketing specialist at Dom Master Klass and as a TV reporter at UTR Channel.

Anna Shults earned a Master of Journalism degree in Broadcast Journalism from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2004 to 2010.
