Bienddy Perez-Motaleb has extensive work experience in various roles within the operations, planning, logistics, and manufacturing fields. Bienddy started their career at McMurray Fabrics Inc. as an Apparel Planner/Industrial Engineer, where they estimated plant capacity and managed production inventory. Bienddy then became the Style Manager, leading a team of auditors on Internal Process ISO audits.
In 2008, Perez-Motaleb joined MikroPul Nederman as a Senior Production Planner. Bienddy was responsible for purchasing, negotiation terms, and creating work orders for fabricators. Bienddy also led the Bullet Train Office Supplies team, saving over 30% with a green-oriented approach.
Perez-Motaleb then moved to Pneumafil Nederman as the Manager of Process Improvement, where they coordinated and controlled industrial manufacturing processes. Bienddy also served as the Project Manager for high-dollar projects and accurately estimated job lengths.
In 2011, Perez-Motaleb became the Distribution and Logistics Manager at Nederman MikroPul. Bienddy reported to the VP of Operations & Supply Chain Management and managed a team of five to improve efficiency and quality of work. Bienddy implemented logistics and transportation programs and handled inbound and outbound shipments, including government products.
Perez-Motaleb joined Nederman in 2015 as a Senior Production Planner, responsible for production planning.
Most recently, they worked at Springs Creative Products Group, initially as a Process Development Specialist. Bienddy then became the Manager of Planning & Operations Strategy, and finally the Director of Operations.
Bienddy Perez-Motaleb earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in the period between 1999 and 2003. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they acquired an Associate's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Art Institutes.
