James Tavormina has extensive experience in the senior living industry. James started their career at Spring Hills Senior Communities and Home Care Services as a Community Relations Counselor, where they were responsible for initiating and closing sales, building relationships with outside communities, and educating families on the benefits of assisted living. James then joined Brookdale, where they held multiple roles including Director of Sales and Marketing for a start-up community, Sales Specialist in the Northeast division, and District Director of Sales. In these positions, they monitored sales performance, trained and developed staff, troubleshooted operational issues, and analyzed sales reports. Most recently, James served as the Senior Regional Director of Sales at Benchmark Senior Living, overseeing new development projects and the CCRC business lines. James is currently the Vice President of Sales at Springpoint Senior Living.
James Tavormina obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also studied Spanish at Universitat d'Alacant for a brief period. Prior to their university studies, James attended Bishop George Ahr High School from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Enquire CRM Premium Reporting from Enquire in January 2020.
