Tom Haines is a seasoned marketing professional with experience in customer relationship management and social media. Currently serving as a Senior CRM Executive & Social Media Manager at Springpod since July 2021, Tom has previously held roles as a CRM Executive, Marketing Executive, and Digital Marketing Apprentice within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Advisor at Boots UK from February 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining exceptional customer service standards and managing cash transfers. Additionally, Tom has volunteered at RSPCA and worked as a Customer Assistant at Iceland Foods. Educational accomplishments include a Digital Marketer Level 3 certification from Multiverse and two BTEC Level 3 qualifications in Business and IT from Reigate Sixth Form College.
