Kurt Skillen is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and product management, currently serving as Head of Product at Springpod since March 2023. With a robust background in software testing, Kurt held the position of Software Test Manager at Liverpool John Moores University from June 2018 to March 2023, leading quality management across digital projects and overseeing all phases of testing. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Test Lead for a significant upgrade to student records systems at the University of Liverpool and Quality Assurance Lead at the University Superannuation Scheme, where Kurt implemented an agile test strategy. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Organisational Leadership from Liverpool Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Multimedia from the University of Central Lancashire.
