Jessica Pagan, LNHA, CDP, currently serves as the Stewart Health Center Administrator at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community since April 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Nursing Home Administrator at Southern HealthCare Management from October 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, roles included Executive Director at Universal Healthcare Fuquay-Varina and Chatham Nursing & Rehabilitation, along with various administrative positions at Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center from January 2012 to June 2020. Jessica began a career in social work with Hoke County and Cumberland County Departments of Social Services, focusing on protective services. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
