Austin Giangeruso has a diverse range of work experience. Austin started their career at AllianceBernstein as an Associate Portfolio Manager from June 2014 to July 2015. Austin then worked at Kantar Consulting, where they held roles as an Analyst from August 2015 to May 2016, a Consultant from May 2016 to November 2017, and a Senior Consultant from November 2017 to February 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Austin worked at Netflix in various roles. Austin was a Strategy & Analysis Associate for Global Marketing Operations from March 2018 to August 2019, and then transitioned to the role of Strategy & Analysis Associate for Consumer Products from August 2019 to May 2021.

In 2021, Austin joined Ticketmaster as a Manager of Category Management from August 2021 to March 2022.

Currently, Austin is a part of The SpringHill Company, where they started as a Senior Manager of Strategic Operations in March 2022. Austin has since been promoted to the position of Director of Strategic Operations starting from February 2023. In this role, they are responsible for driving and optimizing operational execution, managing the company's annual strategic planning process, and collaborating with executives on key initiatives. Austin also works cross-functionally to develop solutions for internal business problems.

Austin Giangeruso attended Laguna Beach HIGH School from 2006 to 2010. Austin then went on to study Economics at Princeton University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from 2010 to 2014.
