Janet Lyle has worked in human resources for over 25 years. Janet is currently the VP of HR and Support Services at Springfield Medical Care Systems. Janet has a proven track record of successfully managing a variety of human resources generalist duties. Janet has experience with recruitment, benefits and compensation administration, policy and procedure development, and employee relations. Janet has also received an HMA human resources audit rating of A+.
Prior to their current position, Janet was the Director of Human Resources/Credentialing at Washington County Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for training department managers in interviewing skills, sexual harassment, FMLA, ADA, disciplinary procedures, stress, etc. Janet also developed policy and procedures for the hospital.

Janet Lyle has a MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University and a BSBA in Human Resources from East Carolina University.
