Nitza Sanchez Bowser has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Springettsbury Township since October 2014. Nitza's career in HR began at Vision Lab Telecommunications Inc. and Venali, where Nitza served as HR Director from 1998 to 2006.
