Ananya Rastogi is a Senior Editor at Springer Nature Group, with previous experience as an Associate Editor at the same organization since September 2020. Prior to this, Ananya worked as a Doctoral Researcher at Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research from September 2015 to July 2020, conducting research under Prof. Michael Meyer-Hermann focused on the development of agent-based models to explore the cooperative mechanisms of cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Earlier research internships included roles at Stanford University, The University of British Columbia, the National Centre for Biological Sciences, and Panjab University, where Ananya engaged in various mathematical and population dynamics modeling projects. Ananya holds a PhD in Computational Biology from Technische Universität Braunschweig and an integrated BS-MS from IISER Mohali, with a concentration in Biology and Mathematical Biology.
