Rachael Baumgartner has been working in the creative industry since 2006. Rachael started as a Graphic Designer at Cardinal Communications, where they designed a variety of graphic projects such as web, advertisement, mailers and media guides. In 2007, they were promoted to Account Executive & Graphic Designer at the same company. In 2008, they were promoted again to Senior Account Manager & Graphic Designer for the Production Imaging Team. In 2009, they started working as a Freelance Sr. Graphic Designer & Photographer. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at adidas in various roles such as USTS Collateral & Marketing Manager, adidas TEAM Sr. Designer & Supervisor, Digital Imagery Sr. Designer & Supervisor, Digital Image Specialist and Production Art Schedule Coordinator. In 2016, they started working as an Adjunct College Instructor at The Art Institute of Indianapolis, teaching a college level 101 course on Adobe Photoshop. In 2021, they joined Springbuk as Creative Manager, where their first task was to refresh the corporate branding.
Rachael Baumgartner obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Communication and Graphic Design from Ball State University between 2004 and 2009.
