Colin Fuller is a Staff Software Engineer at Spring Discovery. Colin previously worked as a software engineer at Khan Academy from June 2014 to June 2019, where they designed, implemented, and ran experiments in production and analyzed data to maximize students' learning and engagement. Colin also developed software infrastructure to support data collection and analysis. Prior to that, they were a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine from September 2013 to February 2014, where they developed an in vitro system for centromere assembly in Xenopus egg extract and combined it with quantitative imaging and computational analysis to examine how the cell specifically recognizes the centromere.
Colin Fuller has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry from Stanford University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry from Princeton University.
