As the founder of Elari Ventures, Ernest empowers purpose-driven leaders to create sustainable businesses. Previously, Ernest founded PodSummit, Canada's premier podcasting conference, and has provided digital marketing instruction at the Canadian Marketing Association and the University of Calgary. With a background in digital strategy and transformation, Ernest has worked with notable organizations throughout various industries to drive growth and innovation. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology and a Chartered Marketer designation from the Canadian Marketing Association.
