Sung Hwang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sung is currently a Senior Product Manager at Spring Health, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Headway as a Product, Tech lead from June 2020 to November 2022. Sung also has experience at Zocdoc, where they held various roles including Product Manager from August 2019 to June 2020, Senior Software Engineer from 2018 to 2019, and worked on growth and patient experience solutions in 2017. Before joining Zocdoc, they worked as a Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP from June 2013 to November 2015 and as a Financial Software Developer Intern in 2012. Sung Hwang began their professional career as a Summer Analyst Intern at Merrill Lynch in 2011.

Sung Hwang completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Finance from The Wharton School in the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, from 2008 to 2013.
