Phil Koshy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2012, they served as the Executive Director at Independent Thought & Social Action International. Phil then worked as a Tutor at TigerTutor in 2014, followed by a role as a Post-Baccalaureate Intramural Research Assistant at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at The NeuroCognitive Institute as a Neuromodulation Technician & Psychometrist, where they administered neurofeedback to patients and conducted brain mapping using quantitative EEG. Phil then joined One Medical as a Membership Advisor from 2019 to 2020, and subsequently transitioned to the role of an Account Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Spring Health, starting in October 2021.
