Mylène Doiron, MA has diverse work experience in various organizations. From May 2017 to August 2018, they worked for the Government of New Brunswick as a Case Reviser, where they coordinated care for social assistance recipients. In January 2018, they became a Teaching Assistant for the Intercultural Interventions course at the Université de Moncton, offering tools and advice on work and research methods. From May 2019 to December 2019, they worked as a Junior Policy Analyst at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. In January 2020, they joined the Correctional Service of Canada as a Junior Project Officer, working on initiatives to address the overrepresentation of Indigenous peoples in the correctional system. From September 2020 to May 2021, they worked as a Policy, Research and Data Management Analyst at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, focusing on supporting the integration of French-speaking newcomers into minority communities. Most recently, they joined Spring Health in January 2022, first as a Coordinator and then as an Associate in the Global Care Support, Care Operations department.

Mylène Doiron, MA, has a strong educational background in the field of social work and globalization and international development. Mylène obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Université de Moncton in 2018. Following this, they pursued further studies and completed their Master of Arts degree in Globalization and International Development at the University of Ottawa in 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mylène Doiron has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Mylène became a Registered Social Worker through the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers in March 2019. Mylène also earned certifications in Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn in June 2022, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in October 2021, Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA+) from the Government of Canada in 2019, CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training from the Crisis Prevention Institute in October 2021, and Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in March 2017.
