Sr. Manager, Implementation at Spring Health

Grant Nagaki has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Grant began their career at CyberLogic, Inc. in 2011 as a Medical Research Assistant, where they managed patient participation in a bone density study. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Amplicare as a Senior Customer Support Specialist, focusing on developing offerings to help patients manage their medication adherence and compare Medicare Part D plans. Grant then joined Vital Score (now Phreesia) as a Manager of Customer Success & Operations, where they managed two major East Coast health systems and played a crucial role in combining behavioral health and consumer-friendly technology to improve patient outcomes. At Phreesia, they became an Associate in Client Services, spearheading testing strategies for the newly acquired acute health system market. In 2019, Grant joined Flume Health as a Member Experience Manager, contributing to the company's mission of transforming employer-sponsored health plans by offering self-funded, Reference Based Pricing (RBP) health plans. Currently, they are working at Spring Health as a Manager of Implementation, leveraging machine learning to provide efficient and effective mental healthcare for top companies globally, aiming to eliminate barriers to mental health.
