Gina Houston serves as the Vice President of Operations at Spring Health since November 2018, focusing on providing comprehensive mental health benefits for employees. Prior to this role, Gina was the Director of Operations at Bloc, where contributions included enhancing departmental efficiencies and managing project launches with high satisfaction rates. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager/Analyst role at AMN Healthcare, along with positions at Magic Vacation Title, Inc., Invisible Children Inc., TeachOverseas.org, and an internship at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Gina holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from City University of Seattle, a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida, and a TEFL certificate for teaching English.
