Briana Salaverria

Senior Manager, Customer Success at Spring Health

Briana Salaverria has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Briana worked at Spring Health as a Manager of Customer Success starting in 2022. Prior to that, Briana held positions at andros, where they served as a Manager of Client Solutions and Implementation from July 2021 to March 2022, and as a Client Solutions Executive from November 2020 to July 2021. Before joining andros, they worked at Kforce Inc as a Client Relationship Director, Technology from October 2019 to August 2020. Briana also has experience at Paycom as a Client Relations Representative from January 2018 to September 2019, and at MCCI Group Holdings, LLC, where they held the roles of Quality Measures Consultant from October 2016 to January 2018 and PCMH Project Manager from August 2014 to June 2017.

Briana Salaverria obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also acquired two additional certifications. In January 2015, they became a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC, and in June 2015, they obtained the Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (PCMH CCE) credential from the NCQA.
