Algem Coleman M.Ed, LPC has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health. Currently, they are working at Spring Health as a Care Navigator since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Tele-therapist at Spring Health from July 2021 to June 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Algem worked at New Heights Behavioral Consultants as a Therapist - Assessment Supervisor. Additionally, at Access Counseling and Coaching (formerly Thriveworks), they held the position of a Psychotherapist from December 2014 to December 2019.

Before that, Algem worked as a Family Therapist at Turning Point New Directions for Families, Inc. from December 2011 to July 2014. From October 2009 to July 2011, they served as a Therapist and Marriage Educator at Family Guidance Center of Alabama.

Algem Coleman obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Columbus State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Community Agency Counseling from Auburn University, completing the program from 2007 to 2009.
