Nicole Waterbury is an experienced project coordinator and virtual assistant currently supporting the Project Management Office at Spring Green since January 2023. In this role, Nicole manages tasks and initiatives, standardizes project work, and facilitates training for project management software. Additionally, Nicole has been providing administrative and technical support at Fiercely Unlimited Business Solutions since April 2021, helping entrepreneurs optimize their time through various services including email management, social media content creation, and podcast publishing. Previously, Nicole worked as a Performance Management Administrator at AmeriFirst Home Mortgage and as a Senior HRIS Specialist at DENSO, gaining significant expertise in performance management processes and HR data maintenance. Nicole holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Kellogg Community College.
