Simon Barratt has an extensive work experience in the technology sector. Simon worked at FMC Corporation from 1993 to 2023, holding various roles such as PC Manager, Senior Collaborative Analyst, Collaborative Applications & Devices Manager, and Director Of Technology for Precision Agriculture. During their time at FMC, they managed teams, implemented Agile methodologies, negotiated contracts with technology vendors, and developed cloud-based platforms providing crop health insights to farmers globally. In 2023, they joined Spring EQ as the VP of IT Infrastructure and Security.
