Fatosh Hacigumus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Esbank, where they provided software solutions and analyzed customer behavior for the Credit Card department. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Project Leader/Business Systems Analyst at Garanti Bank. In 2003, they joined McGraw Hill as a Technology Project Manager, where they were responsible for delivering custom assessment products and managing statewide custom reporting projects. In 2009, they moved to Intelligent Papers as the Director of Business Development & Product Management, where they developed business strategies and managed new business development opportunities. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Stratford School as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis, creating key metrics and dashboards to support strategic plans. Currently, they are with Spring Education Group, first as the Senior Director of Data and Analytics and currently as the Vice President of Business Insights & Data Analytics.

Fatosh Hacigumus has a diverse educational background in the field of business and technology. Fatosh has completed an Executive Program in Business Analytics at The Wharton School. Fatosh also holds a certificate in Advanced Project Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they obtained in 2006. In addition, Fatosh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Jose State University, which they completed in 2003.

Furthermore, Fatosh has pursued further education in software engineering, earning a certificate in the field from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Fatosh also has a Master's degree in Computer Systems Analysis from Istanbul Technical University. Lastly, Fatosh completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Y覺ld覺z Technical University.
