Jessica Marco has a diverse work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Jessica started their career at Textron Fastening Systems as an Executive Assistant from 1996 to 2000. Jessica then joined Spring Dynamics, Inc. in 2001 as a Manufacturing Service Administrator, where they were responsible for purchasing, human resources administration, and tracking sales/engineering quotes. Jessica then became the Accounting Manager in 2006, overseeing all financial activities for the company. Jessica was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2007, where they directed and coordinated plant operations, advised the company President on strategic initiatives, and supervised operations staff. In 2013, Jessica became the President of Spring Dynamics, Inc., leading the overall management of the company and implementing strategic operational, sales, and marketing strategies.

Jessica Marco began their education in 1999 at Oakland University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General. Jessica successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2002. After a brief break, Jessica resumed their education in 2004 at Davenport University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Accounting. Jessica completed their MBA program in 2007.
