Sonia Cole LNHA, HSBCP, currently serves as a Case Management Specialist at Spring Branch Community Health Center since October 2019. In addition, Sonia has been the Assistant Administrator at Fundamental since August 2013, where responsibilities include financial oversight, staff management, and daily operational support. Previous experience includes a role as a Document Control Specialist at Cantex Continuing Care Network from May 2007 to August 2010, focused on compliance with state and federal regulations, patient information management, and document processing. Sonia also served as a Human Resources Assistant, handling various HR functions. Educational qualifications include a Longterm Care Administration degree from Midland College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Springfield College.
