Rachel Crepin serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sprimoglass since July 2019, with prior experience as Human Resources Manager at Technical Airborne Components Industries within the Transdigm Group from August 2012 to June 2019. Rachel's career also includes roles at bpost, where responsibilities spanned from Project Manager for lean management initiatives to Quality Manager for the Sorting Center, and at ArcelorMittal, overseeing Development & Motivation and Human Resources management. Educational qualifications include a Master in Management and Sciences from HEC Liège and multiple coaching certifications from the Leading & Coaching Academy.
