Viviana Wan has a diverse work experience. Viviana began their career in 2013 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant & Team Leader at Cognition, Culture, & Development Lab. In 2014, they joined The Honest Company as a Client Services Representative & New Employee Trainer and was later promoted to Client Services Team Lead. From 2016 to 2018, Viviana worked at Meltwater as a Senior Business Analyst, Customer Success. In 2021, they moved to Buildout, Inc. as a Manager, Customer Success and is currently employed at Sprig as a Customer Success Manager since 2022.

Viviana Wan attended St. Edward's University from 2010 to 2011, studying Psychology. Viviana then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.
