Jim Kaufman is an accomplished legal and business executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as General Counsel at Spreetail, a leading ecommerce company, Jim has previously held notable positions including CEO of Rackfest, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Cloud 10 Corp, and Executive Vice President at TeleTech, where responsibilities spanned sales, marketing, and legal functions. Jim's legal expertise has been further established through roles at James B. Kaufman, Esq., LLC, Loral Skynet, Proskauer Rose LLP, and Washington Perito & Dubuc, focusing on corporate law, M&A, and business advisory. Jim holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in History from Vassar College, complemented by studies at The London School of Economics.
