Ricardo Trindade has a diverse work experience in various design and production roles. Ricardo is currently working as a Digital Product Designer at SPREAD GmbH, where they are responsible for guiding the design of key products and collaborating with stakeholders to develop use case solutions. Ricardo also leads the maintenance and development of design systems to ensure consistency across solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Multidisciplinary Designer, specializing in multimedia and graphic design, from 2009 until 2022. Ricardo has also worked as a Designer and 3D Generalist at Touchgroup International, producing 3D content for corporate events and general design solutions from 2014 to 2020. Previously, they worked as a Production Assistant at ModaLisboa and Showpress PR, and as a Designer at FST Lisboa, where they participated in an international engineering design competition.

Ricardo Trindade has a diverse education history in design and digital experience. Starting in 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Design from IADE. Ricardo then pursued a postgraduate degree in Product Design from Faculdade de Arquitetura - Universidade de Lisboa from 2010 to 2012. In 2020, Ricardo furthered their education by completing a course in Digital Media: Creative Coding from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. During the same year, they also pursued a specialization in UI/UX Design from the California Institute of the Arts.

Most recently, Ricardo completed a postgraduate degree in Digital Experience Design from Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa between 2021 and 2022. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications in various fields. These certifications include Agile Instructional Design, Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals, Data Visualization: Storytelling, Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, Instructional Design: Creating Video Training, Instructional Design: Working with SMEs, Measuring Learning Effectiveness, UX Foundations: Storytelling, Artificial Intelligence for Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Foundations, Digital Technologies Case Studies: AI, IOT, Robotics, Blockchain, Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, Instructional Design: Needs Analysis, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner. Ricardo also holds an Unmanned Aircraft System (Drone) Open Sub-category A1/A3 Pilot License from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. Lastly, they obtained additional knowledge in Fundamentals of Music Theory, Web Design: Wireframes to Prototypes, Web Design: Strategy and Information Architecture, and UX Design Fundamentals.
