Shi Yvonne has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Hiring Leader and HRBP at Spraying Systems Co. since February 2012, where responsibilities include recruitment and HRBP functions in collaboration with various departments. Prior to this role, Shi Yvonne was a Human Resources Supervisor at Nestle Group-Shanghai Totole Food Co., Ltd. from December 2007 to August 2012, leading recruitment processes, managing training programs, and implementing performance evaluations. Earlier experience includes a similar position at Shanghai Chiameei Food Industry Company from July 2001 to May 2007. Shi Yvonne holds a double bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Food Engineering from Wuhan Polytechnic University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
