Rebecca Butman has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in marketing and communications. Rebecca joined SPR in 2014 as a Marketing Manager, where they played a key role in integrating four legacy brands into one cohesive brand. Rebecca developed go-to-market messaging, refined service offerings, and executed various corporate materials. Additionally, they supported cross-selling and growth initiatives by creating tailored messages for target audiences and managing a corporate activities calendar.

Prior to their role at SPR, Rebecca worked as a Marketing Specialist at Integrated Project Management from 2010 to 2014. In this position, they aligned marketing initiatives with corporate strategy, evaluated new business opportunities, and determined the best use of company resources for marketing activities.

Before that, Rebecca had freelance experience as a writer, where they improved website traffic for Allied Van Lines and North American Van Lines through SEO optimization and developed written and electronic communications for executives of Timberland Financial, LLC.

Rebecca also has experience as an English Professor at DuocUC, where they created and taught English lessons and exercises, initiated interest groups to update the English department's goals and objectives, and served as the head representative of a teach abroad program.

Rebecca also worked as a Team In Training Campaign Coordinator at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, managing teams for sports endurance events and presenting fundraising and event information to participants.

Rebecca's early experience includes a PR/Marketing internship at Grant Park Music Festival, where they managed media relations and prepared marketing materials for major outlets and stakeholders.

Rebecca Butman completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Spanish from the University of Iowa, which spanned from 2001 to 2005.
