Dara Clem has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare companies. In 2020, they joined SPR Therapeutics, Inc. where they initially served as a Clinical Specialist from June 2020 to July 2021. Dara then became an Associate Sales Manager from July 2021 to January 2022, and currently holds the position of Regional Sales Manager. Prior to this, Dara worked as a Clinical Education Specialist at Halyard Health and Avanos Medical from March 2017 to July 2021. Before transitioning to sales and education roles, they worked as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist at IU Health Methodist Hospital from November 2016 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as a Radiologic Technologist at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine from November 2015 to March 2017, and at IUH Methodist Hospital from October 2010 to November 2016. Dara'scareer began at Riverview Hospital, where they worked as a Radiologic Technologist from November 2008 to October 2010.

Dara Clem attended Ball State University from 2005 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiography. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Radiography and Health Science. Additionally, from 2011 to 2015, Dara pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Health Economics, Policy, and Administration, still at Ball State University.
