Nancy Simpson, Esq. currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Spotts Fain PC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Chesterfield County from May 2022 to June 2023 and as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Steven C. McCallum at Chesterfield Circuit Court from August 2021 to May 2022. Additional legal experience includes positions as a Third-Year Practice Extern at Henrico J&DR Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, a Third-Year Practice Intern at Chesterfield Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, and a Legal Researcher with the Federal Capital Defense Team. Early career roles involved legal internships, research analysis, and leasing management.
