Joel Raymond is an experienced professional in quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as QA Lead and Quality Assurance Engineer at SpotOn since January 2020. In this role, Joel has created and updated test cases for applications in an Agile environment and collaborated with third parties to enhance integrations related to payment systems. Prior to SpotOn, Joel held the position of Trade Show and Technical Support Manager at Animal Health Options from July 2015 to May 2019, where responsibilities included generating scientific reports for veterinary clients, organizing multiple national and regional conferences, and developing marketing effectiveness spreadsheets. Joel's earlier experience includes working as an Office Assistant at Douglas J. Raymond P.C. and an educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, along with a minor in Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
