Javier Monge is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with over two decades of experience. Currently, Javier serves as the owner of Makana Hospitality and PiWhole Pizza, which is poised for expansion. Javier's extensive background includes roles as a Team Lead and Hospitality Account Executive at SpotOn since January 2020, as well as previous positions such as General Manager at several prestigious establishments, including Golden State Coffee & Tea, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, and Firestone Walker Brewing Company. Javier has demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills across diverse restaurant settings, beginning as a Crew Member and progressing to roles such as Area Supervisor for McDonald's and Store Manager at Gavino Management. Javier earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
