Jessica Bartlett serves as the Head of People at Spotnana since August 2022, playing a pivotal role in modernizing the infrastructure of the travel industry through innovative technology solutions. Prior to Spotnana, Jessica held significant leadership roles at Braze as SVP of People, leading the Global People Team and scaling the company from 380 to over 1,400 employees. Jessica's extensive experience in People Operations includes serving as VP of People at GroundTruth, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all People functions and leading initiatives during critical growth stages. Additionally, Jessica contributed to building Learning and Development programs at both GroundTruth and dataxu, where award-winning educational frameworks were established. Early career roles involved training and development positions at Intralinks, MicroEdge, and News America Marketing, complemented by foundational experience in human resources at Horizon Engineering Associates and Ohio University's Aquatic Center. Jessica Bartlett holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from Ohio University.
