Kevin Steger currently serves as a Client Partner in Analyst Relations at Spotlight since September 2022. Prior to this role, Steger was the Math Department Chair and Teacher at Guadalupe Centers High School from August 2019 to June 2022, responsible for budget management and curriculum direction while teaching Algebra I. Steger's experience in education includes positions as an English Language Assistant at Escuelas Católicas, an Algebra Teacher at Noble Network of Charter Schools, and a 5th Grade Math Teacher and Grade Level Chair at KIPP St. Louis, where a focus on student data analysis and growth was emphasized. Additionally, Steger was a Corps Member with Teach For America, developing and implementing lesson plans while supporting diverse learners. Tutoring experience was gained at Raven Tutoring Services in 2012. Kevin Steger holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC Irvine, obtained in 2010.
