Krish Soni began their career in 1994 as an Analyst at Shell International. In 1996, they joined UBS Warburg as an Associate Director in the Investment Banking Division where they advised on over 30 large cap cross-border mergers and acquisitions across Europe and the US, IPOs, leveraged financings and trade sales. In 2004, they became a Principal Partner at Cambridge Capital Partners, an established, hands-on investment firm focused on mid-sized companies with significant growth or improvement potential. In 2006, they took on the role of Executive Chairman at Propath UK, an award-winning specialist in molecular pathology. In 2013, they became a Governor and Trustee at Holland Park School, a highly successful and over-subscribed comprehensive school in the heart of west central London. In 2015, they took on the roles of Non Executive Director at X-Tech Medical and Chairman and CEO at Xograph Healthcare. In 2018, they became a Non Executive Director at Spotless Water, a company offering the UK's first self-service, ultra pure water distribution network. Finally, in 2021 they became a Non Executive Director at ABCA Systems Ltd, a leading nationwide integrator of regulated fire safety systems.
Krish Soni received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from The University of Manchester between 1992 and 1996. Krish then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School between 2002 and 2004, with a focus on Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Financial Analysis. Finally, they received a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of London between 2007 and 2011, with a focus on Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
