Kavya Hegde is an experienced professional currently serving as the Growth Lead for Premium at Spotify since May 2022, focusing on expanding Spotify's premium user base in India. Prior to this role, Kavya held several key positions at MX Player, including Business Head for South India and Director of Creator Partnerships, where the emphasis was on content creator growth and engagement. At Instagram, Kavya designed and launched the influential 'Born on Instagram' program, aimed at fostering emerging content creators in India. Earlier career experiences include roles in business development, product strategy, and management at companies such as Infosys, Intel Corporation, and SanDisk®. Kavya holds a Post Graduation in Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
