James Barbuto has over a decade of experience in project management within the real estate sector, currently serving as Head of Design & Build at Spotify since March 2019. Previous roles include Project Manager at Copper Hill Development Inc. and Real Estate Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities included managing high-end commercial interior projects for UBS Wealth Management Americas. James Barbuto began their career at UBS as a Real Estate Project Manager and Analyst, where participation in a graduate training program provided comprehensive exposure to corporate real estate functions. Education was completed at the University of Connecticut, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Economics.
