Emily Amborn is an experienced professional in customer service and lead generation. Currently serving as the Lead Collection at SpotHopper since March 2019, Emily focuses on generating high-potential leads for the leading All-in-1 Marketing & Online Revenue Platform for Restaurants. Previously, Emily worked as a Ticket Service Representative for Milwaukee Rep from December 2019 to August 2022, facilitating guest experiences for a diverse array of performances. Additionally, Emily gained foundational skills as a Barista at Starbucks, where the emphasis was on quality service and community engagement from August 2017 to January 2022. Emily holds a Master of Science in Leadership for Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre/Acting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
