Tom Janofsky is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the CTO of SpotHero and formerly at Marigold as CTO and EVP Engineering, Tom has also held the position of SVP Engineering at Monetate Inc. In addition to these roles, Tom contributes as a mentor at First Round Fast Track and works as an independent software engineering consultant. Tom Janofsky's academic background includes a degree from the University of Scranton.
