Paul Favorite has had a diverse work experience, beginning with a Member Assistant position at The Estancia Club in 2010. Paul then moved on to become an Assistant Manager at Skechers in 2011. In 2013, they were a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global. From 2015 to 2018, Paul worked at Cars.com, where they held the positions of Senior Account Manager, Major Accounts, Senior Account Manager, Direct, and Account Manager. Finally, they were a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Sales Analyst at SpotHero from 2018 to present.

Paul Favorite obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University between 2009 and 2013.
